How long does it take you activate the SIM card?

After checkout is successful we aim to activate your SIM 30 min -2 hours within business hours.

How do I get my SIM card number?

SIM card numbers will be set up automatically and sent in an email to the email address provided at checkout. If you have not received any emails please check you junk/spam folder.

SIM not able to find a network connection, but we have a mobile number?

If you have received the phone number then the SIM should be active. Please try powering down the intercom for 10 minutes and then reboot as this will refresh the connection.

Do the SIMs only work in AES intercoms?

No! Our SIM card deals can work in any intercom, router or any device that requires a SIM card.

Where do I find my SIM serial number?

Your SIM card serial number is the long number which can be found on the back of the SIM itself. If having trouble please contact our support department.

Who sets up the SIM card?

SIM cards can be set up either by the homeowner or the installer.

Cancelling your SIM:

I no longer require my SIM card, how do I cancel?

To cancel your SIM subscription with us, please contact "support@aesglobaltelecom.com". They will check your account and assist you.
